Samuel Jauncey – Paralegal

Samuel began his law career five years ago. Whilst studying law, Samuel was instantly
drawn to criminal defence work and actively sought employment as a paralegal in a long
established firm in Sydney which practiced exclusively in criminal law. He was mentored by
a lawyer with over 15 years’ experience and was immediately exposed to serious criminal
matters. Samuel learnt to prepare cases in detail, dissect the Police brief of evidence and
instruct counsel during the course of matters.

Samuel returned to Wollongong in 2016 after spending around 8 years in Sydney. Upon his
return Samuel joined a boutique firm where he was a part of the property and commercial
team. Samuel had the carriage of property matters including complex commercial leasing
matters under the guidance of the Principal.

Since October 2016 Samuel has been a part of the team at Wollongong Legal. Since that
time he has assisted our clients in a vast array of matters.

Samuel assists our firm in the following areas:

  • Transactions including the purchase and sale of business
  • Leasing
  • Family Provision Litigation; and
